Refund Policy
In July of 2020, during the height of the pandemic, OFC Creations LLC updated the following no-refund policy to ensure programs could continue at the level of excellence expected from OFC offerings. OFC's "no-refund" policy is in line with national standards of theatres and performing arts centers offering similar productions and programs.

If you are unable to attend a program or camp you registered for, you may:
-
Gift the spot to a friend or family member. In doing so, you must contact the OFC office in advance to update the student name and contact information
-
If the program is full with a waiting list, OFC may contact someone from the waiting list to fill your spot. If the spot is filled:
-
A credit on file will be honored for the student to take a future program or camp. The spot must be filled before a credit is honored.
-
Or convert the tuition into a gift card to be used for future educational programs, tickets to OFC shows, or for purchases at The Old Farm Cafe. The spot must be filled before a gift card is honored.
-
-
Please note that transfers through the options above may incur a $50 fee, and multiple transfers will incur an additional $50/each. Last minute changes may incur higher fees
Note: Once the program has started, or once the show has been cast, these options are no longer available. We do not honor transfers (or refunds) after a program has begun.
If you are looking to transfer between educational programs, please email us first at info@OFCCreations.com and wait to hear back before enrolling in a second program. We will respond to you. If you enroll in a second program, and your transfer is approved, we will be unable to refund you for either program.
If you are in need of a payment plan, this is possible by contacting the OFC office. However, the payments must be paid off before the program begins, and requires $50 non-refundable deposit to lock in a spot. When paying by payment plan, early bird discounts will not apply unless all payments are scheduled to be paid off by the early bird discount date deadline.

If you unable to use merchandise or a rental, you may:
